ESCAPE THE FATE Drummer Interviewed By BACKSTAGE ENTERTAINMENT

Jeremy Lafrentz of Backstage Entertainment conducted an interview with drummer Robert Ortiz of the Las Vegas, Nevada-based post-hardcore band ESCAPE THE FATE at the Rockfest 2011 on May 13 at Westfair Amphitheater in Council Bluffs, Iowa. You can now watch the chat below.

ESCAPE THE FATE's "Issues Remix EP" was released via DGC/Interscope. The CD features remixes by Jakwob (YEAH YEAH YEAHS, LILY ALLEN),LA Riots (TIESTO, THE TING TINGS),Wolves At The Gate (THE CURE) and Does It Offend You, Yeah? (MUSE, THE RACONTEURS, BLOC PARTY).

ESCAPE THE FATE's self-titled album sold 18,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 25 on The Billboard 200 chart. The video for the CD's first single, "Issues", was directed by Paul R. Brown, who has previously worked with STONE SOUR, SLIPKNOT, MTLEY CRE, KORN, GODSMACK and AVENGED SEVENFOLD.
